    Flannerystyle is dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We accept returns within 60 days of the purchase date for items that are unused, unworn, and remain in their original condition with tags attached. Unfortunately, damaged or used items do not meet the return eligibility criteria.
  2. Refund Process
    To initiate a return, please send an email to service@flannerystyle.shop. Once we receive your returned item and have completed the inspection, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. You will be notified via email as soon as the refund is complete. Please note that original shipping fees are non - refundable, unless the return is a result of our error.
  3. Exclusions
    Certain sale or promotional items may be non - returnable. Please carefully check the product details at the time of purchase. Additionally, items that have been worn or have had their tags removed will not be accepted for return, as we strive to maintain the highest quality standards for all our customers.
  4. Return Shipping
    You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, unless the item you received is faulty. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of your return. In the event that the return is due to an error on our part, we will provide you with a prepaid return label.

Exchanges are subject to the item being in its original condition with tags attached. If the item you want is in stock, we will guide you through the process, which may involve placing a new order.
